The Wise Saying (Part 2)

  • Pay close attention, son, and let my life be your example. Prostitutes and immoral women are a deadly trap. They wait for you like robbers and cause many men to be unfaithful.
  • Show me someone who drinks too much, who has to try out some new drink, and I will show you someone miserable and sorry for himself, always causing trouble and always complaining. His eyes are bloodshot, and he has bruises that could have been avoided.
  • Don't let wine tempt you, even though it is rich red, though it sparkles in the cup, and it goes down smoothly. The next morning you will appear before your eyes, and you will not be able to think or speak clearly. You will feel as if you swinging high up in the rigging of a tossing ship. "I must have been hit," you will say; "I must have been beaten up, but I don't remember it. Why can't I wake up? I need another drink."
  • Don't be envious of evil people, and don't try make friends with them. Causing trouble is all they ever think about; every time they open their mouth someone is going to be hurt.
  • Homes are built on the foundation of wisdom and understanding. Where there is knowledge, the rooms are furnished with valuable, beautiful things
  • Being wise is better than being strong, yes knowledge is more important than strength. After all you must make careful plans before you fight a battle, and the more good advice you get, the more likely you are to win.
  • If you are always planning evil, you will earn a reputation as a troublemaker. Any scheme a fool thinks up is sinful. People hate a person who has nothing but scorn for others
  • If you are weak in a crisis, you are weak indeed.
  • Don't hesitate to rescue someone who is about to be executed unjustly. You may say that it is none of your business, but God knows and judges your motives. He keeps watch on you; he knows. And he will reward you according to what you do.
  • Son, eat honey; it is good. And just as honey from the comb is sweet on your tongue, you may be sure that wisdom is good for the soul. Get wisdom and you have a bright future.
  • Don't be like the wicked who scheme to rob honest people or to take away their homes. No matter how often people fall, they always get up again; but disaster destroys the wicked.
  • Don't be glad when your enemies meet disaster, and don't rejoice when they stumble. The LORD will know if you are gloating, and he will not like it; and then he might not punish them.

To be wise you must first have reverence for the LORD. If you know the Holy One, you have understanding

Folklore

As I begin to brainstorm, with grey clouds of thought matter
The novelty of the basis of atoms and the structure of belief logical orders
With words that transpire from local norms to rupture wisdom tatter
The lawyers' daze has prisons intertwined into unfazed systems
We live the unbroken promises with linguistic scripts on donkey rhythms
Morphing religions to attest to catechisms of the future
If a spirit should drown or a soul wear a frown in the distorted picture
Whence do my sorrows lie if this life is a lie?...
The birds engulfed into barren space only to be invisible to the denuded eye?
Oh life folklore
Preachers' mental incarceration at the authority of the temple
Oh death folklore
Spiritual warfare at the face of eternity burning ice until spirits dismantled
Shivering sounds escaping my ears as we ignite inverted candles
Giving animation to dry bones and mortified words on artistic revamp
Inspiration for infallibility dies in a truth attempt...

The Alba Madonna

What incense have you buried under bristling grounds Madonna?
Malice habitats your stool, you don't hold strong your fortress
Why do you rekindle my fire Madonna?
Your sweet kiss of halo dissembles your proximity, venomous mistress
Plaguing our tangible spirits, trapped in your hallucinogenic daze
Guarding your identity Isis as Horus beholds crucifixes as if fazed
Paper tigers have fleecy skin and weary feathers
Prophetic words are now working your centers
Organic minds obliterating you into splinters
Cooked and canned eulogies come in a basket brewed from underground mentals
A fool will paint his ties and mystify denotation, like bionic souls emerging as sentimental
Spew your fallacies and stop us haunting mysteries of third eyes
Sticking needles in your shadow, bare feet and thistles familiarize
Blank sheets are calling out to awakenings as if the revolution could be televised
Tears cried in true essence of broken mental ties
Fears scuffled into fragments of your frequent rotten lies
All painted and portrayed in this thesis...
I speak spiritual constipation like faeces
Words off tantrums and silence like peace is
Navigating a tableau, picturing Isis in a sheep skin of Mary
Maybe then, The Alba Madonna isn't so merry...

Love

I may have all the faith needed  to move the mountains but if I have no love, I am nothing
Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited o proud
Love is not ill mannered or selfish or irritable; Love does not keep a record  of wrong
Love is not happy with evil, but is happy with truth
Love never gives up; and its faith. hope, and patience never fail
Love is eternal. The  are  inspired  massages  , but they are temporary; there are  gifts of speaking in strange tongues, but they will cease; there is knowledge , but it will pass
Meanwhile these  three remain: faith, hope and love , and the greatest  of these is love
I pray that Christ will make His home in your heart  through  faith. I pray that you may have your roots    and foundation in love
Yes, may you come to know His love- although it can never  be fully known and so be completely filled with the very nature of God
Instead, by speaking the truth in a spirit of love, we  must grow up in every way to Christ , who is the      head
Under his control all the different parts  of the body fit together by every joint  with which it is provided. So when each separate  part works as it should, the whole body grows and builds itself  up through love
Love builds up: It has no quality to puff up or tear down as does knowledge. it can  only be constructive    since it is of God
Taught of God.it refers to  God - teaching  of divine  love among Christians. God teaches  by  example of giving His only son. This He did while we were  yet rebels and enemies. I God loved my enemies this ,    surely Christians can love one another
3 facts about love : Love is stronger than death
                              : Many waters cannot  quench
                              : floods cannot drown it
I  pray that your love will keep on growing more and more together

If you don’t have God’s seal of ownership on you-don’t read any further.

God’s ways and thoughts are higher than yours.

If you love the Lord your God-obey His Commandments.

Never ever question the Word of the Lord if the plain language makes sense.

You are on the earth and God is in Heaven.

The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Always to the ladies first from Genesis to Revelation

1 Peter.3 verse 1-6 (8 Ways to win your husband to God)

1.      Submit to and obey husband (v 1,5-6)

2.      Obey the Word (v 1))

3.      Have sweet conversation (v 2)

4.      Let not the outward beauty be the most important in life (v 3)

5.      Let the inner man be made more beautiful  than the outward man (v 3-4)

6.      Trust in God (v 5)

7.      Do well (v 6)

8.      Live faithful to the husband ,so there will be no fear of being found guilty of unbelief (v 6)

These are not only duties of a wife, but are the 8 things which make a model wife.

Truthfully answer the following question.

How can one win a husband or anyone else who is constantly breaking these laws?

If the husband will not hear the preaching of gospel, they will hear the preaching of the sweet behavior of the wives. If the wife will conduct herself in chastity, reverence to the husband, and in fear of God the husband may be won (1 Peter.3 verse 2-3)

1 CORINTHIANS.1 verse 18

For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power.

She opens her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

The V-Fashion

Fashion changes but style endure

Kehumile (20) student

My style is simple and casual that’s how I usually look, and I’m most comfortable that way. I don’t plan anything really, I just wear clothes that are comfortable and nice. I pick out anything I see in my wardrobe which is good enough to be worn and wont disappoint me in public (laughs)...like I said simplicity in clothes is my specialty. I really love bright colors, but the most common colors you will most definitely find in my wardrobe are cream and white. I would say fashion is a reflexion of my personality in a sense that what I wear says a lot about the person I am.

Ntombifuthi (20) Student

I like the attention I get when I’m looking good...so I would say my style is 'out there' and trendy. Minnie Dlamini is my style icon, she always looks fabulous like ' wow' every day, she carefully picks out her clothes according to her body figure, and she is beautiful. Do I plan my outfit? that is entirely dependent on what I would be doing or where I would be going,  for a  specific or a special event  I am required to do some planning, for anything else I just wear something that looks good on me. My favorite colors are peach and lime.  Fashion for me determines your personality, it also says a lot about your background.

Amogelang aka "Jova"(21) Student

My style is an adaptation of what I usually see either on the television or other sources of media, and I try to incorporate that with my personal style which always looks spectacular and extraordinary. Besides the media itself, a guy I know from Mafikeng, he goes by the name Loago inspires my look...he blends so many styles in just one look”. My outfit plans itself'. Red is the dominant color in my closet. Fashion for me is being unique, standing out and dressing extraordinary.

Tshidi "babe" (19) Student

My style is a classic look infused with vintage style. Bonang Matheba and Minnie Dlamini are my fashion icons, simply because they always look classy and sassy, and their looks have no limit. I color coordinate, theme for the day must be established the night before which makes it easier for me to select my clothes. My favorite colors have to be red and black, I must say navy blue is the dominant color 'in my wardrobe' right now (laughs). Fashion for me identifies your personality, it’s a mixture of style and color in an artistic way.

Josh (23) Student

My style is punkish, vintage and swag. Wizkid is my fashion icon, he has a unique way of mixing different styles in one look. Can’t get out of the house without looking good (giggles), so I plan everything I wear from top to bottom. Three colors are dominant in my wardrobe, red, black and white. Fashion for me defines my personality, and it's something that should be taken very seriously like a job (laughs).

Karabo (21) and Kabelo (22) "double Kay" Students

Our style is inspired by the Sophia town vintage look. Our style is different, you can say it’s unique and it grabs attention. We actually like the whole Scoop and Malume cool cats look, it's very interesting and different. The mood is very helpful when it comes to planning or choosing clothes for the day, weather also plays an important part. We like Floral Designs and Aztec Prints. Animal prints are our favorite then red, black, blue and white, those are definitely our colors. Fashion is self-expression. Fashion has its own personae going on tats how we see it.

Each and every day people are being hurt, attacked, chopped and killed by crews that call themselves: the ghost; wrong turn and four ninjas. The Guptas landed in our military base. Which all of this leaves us with a question.

Do we really have security in our country?
